This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Middle Tennessee.
.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.
No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.
Rain will spread across Middle Tennessee on Tuesday night, then
continue all across the area from Wednesday into Thursday. Total
rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are expected, which could cause
flooding issues of some poor drainage areas, roads, rivers or
creeks.
A brief, light wintry mix of freezing rain, sleet, or snow is
possible Thursday night before precipitation ends early Friday. Some
minor ice or snow accumulations could occur, but this remains very
uncertain this far out in time.
.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Spotter activation may be needed on Wednesday or Thursday for
flooding reports, and on Thursday night for potential winter
weather. Please relay any information about observed weather to the
NWS while following all local, state, and CDC guidelines.
