The Flood Advisory is cancelled for
  the Buffalo River Near Lobelville.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 4:30 AM CST Thursday the stage was 10.2 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 11.1 feet this evening. It
    will then fall to 10.9 feet and begin rising again tomorrow
    morning. It will rise to 12.2 feet early Saturday morning. It
    will then fall again and remain below flood stage.
