* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Water begins to overflow the banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 5:00 AM CST Wednesday the stage was 18.2 feet and falling.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below action stage
    this afternoon.
  - Action stage is 17.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
