...Patchy Freezing Fog and Patchy Black Ice Formation Through
Early Morning Hours on Tuesday...

Patchy freezing fog has developed across mid state region late
this evening. Residual moisture on area roadways, especially
secondary ones, continues. With temperatures expected to remain
below freezing through early morning hours on Tuesday along with
clearing skies and calm to light winds, development of patchy
freezing fog should continue along with patchy black ice formation
across area roadways. Both of these could lead to treacherous
travel conditions through early morning hours on Tuesday. Please
exercise caution on area roadways through Tuesday early morning
hours.
