* WHERE...Cumberland Plateau.

* WHEN...Through midnight CST Tonight.

* IMPACTS...Plan on treacherous road conditions tonight and
  tomorrow morning as temperatures fall into the mid 20s.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
