The threat of flooding continues and a River Flood Warning is now in
effect. Please refer to that bulletin for more information.

The Flood Advisory has been replaced with a River Flood Warning for
  the Tennessee River At Clifton.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - There is no current observed data.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 371.8 feet tomorrow
    morning. It will then fall to 371.6 feet and begin rising
    again tomorrow evening. It will rise to 372.4 feet early
    Tuesday morning. It will then fall again but remain above
    flood stage.
