The Flood Advisory has been replaced with a River Flood Warning for
  the Elk River Near Prospect.

  - At 11:15 PM CST Thursday the stage was 26.6 feet and steady.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 11:15 PM CST Thursday was 26.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    tomorrow evening and continue falling to 11.6 feet Tuesday
    evening.
