For the Harpeth River...including Franklin...elevated river levels
are forecast.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* WHERE...Harpeth River At Franklin.
* WHEN...From this morning to early tomorrow afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Flooding of properties adjacent to the
river begins near Hillsboro Road and Mack Hatcher Memorial Parkway.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:15 AM CST Thursday the stage was 22.3 feet and rising.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 26.2
feet this evening.
- Action stage is 22.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
