Warning for the following rivers in Tennessee...

  Richland Creek Above Pulaski affecting Giles County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Additional information is available at www.weather.gov.

The next statement will be issued this afternoon at 300 PM CST.

* WHAT...No flooding is currently forecast.

* WHERE...Richland Creek Above Pulaski.

* WHEN...From this morning to late this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Portions of Vales Mill Rd between Chicken
  Creek Rd and the Highway 64 bypass become inundated and may be
  subject to closure

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8 AM CST Wednesday the stage was 19.6 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to climb near 21.0 feet by
    this afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    19.2 feet on 06/05/2014.
