...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 715 PM CST THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Middle Tennessee, including the following
  counties, Bedford, Giles, Lawrence, Lewis, Marshall, Maury,
  Rutherford and Wayne.

* WHEN...Until 715 PM CST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 518 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
    have fallen already today and storms and heavy showers in the
    area will significantly increased the flooding risk.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Murfreesboro, Columbia, Shelbyville, Lewisburg, Lawrenceburg,
    Pulaski, Waynesboro, Mount Pleasant, Loretto, Collinwood,
    Summertown, Clifton, Chapel Hill, Cornersville, St. Joseph,
    Eagleville, Ethridge, Lynnville, Henryville and Culleoka.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
