...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 130 PM CST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Middle Tennessee, including the following
  counties, Cheatham, Dickson, Hickman, Humphreys, Montgomery, Perry
  and Williamson.

* WHEN...Until 130 PM CST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1022 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of
    rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Dickson, Ashland City, Waverly, Centerville, Coopertown,
    White Bluff, Kingston Springs, Pegram, New Johnsonville,
    McEwen, Burns, Hurricane Mills, Fairview, Pleasant View,
    Charlotte, Lobelville, Vanleer, Pinewood, Bon Aqua and Lyles.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
