Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM CST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of Middle Tennessee, including the following
  counties, Cumberland, Putnam and White.

* WHEN...Until 3 AM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - 2 to 4 inches of rainfall has already fallen across the area
    and will continue into the early morning hours before ending.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
