...The Flood Advisory is cancelled for the following rivers in
Tennessee...

  Red River At Port Royal affecting Robertson and Montgomery
  Counties.

.The river has fallen below action stage.  Additional rainfall of
one inch or more is expected later today and overnight, which will
cause additional rises on the river, most likely going above stage
again.
