This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Middle Tennessee.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Gusty south to southwest winds are expected to develop across Middle
Tennessee today into tonight, with winds gusting up to 30 mph during
the day and increasing up to 40 mph overnight. These winds may be
strong enough to knock down tree limbs, blow around outdoor
decorations and furniture, and cause isolated power outages.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

A line of showers and thunderstorms is anticipated to move across
Middle Tennessee from early Monday morning through midday Monday,
roughly between 3am and noon. A few storms within the line could
become strong to severe with damaging winds the main threat,
although an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out. The best chance
for any strong to severe storms will be across northwest Middle
Tennessee generally west of I-65 and north of I-40, but they are
also possible in the rest of the area.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation may be needed on Monday for potential strong to
severe storms. Please relay any information about observed severe
weather to the NWS while following all local, state, and CDC
guidelines.
