  the Wartrace Creek Near Wartrace.
* Until this afternoon.
* At 5:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 12.2 feet and cresting.
* Action stage is 9.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to crest soon and begin falling.
* Impact...At 9.0 feet, Water begins to inundate Winette Ayers Park.
* Impact...At 14.0 feet, Water has inundated most of Winette Ayers
  Park.
