* From this evening to Wednesday evening.
* At 9:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 17.1 feet and rising.
* Action stage is 17.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise and crest around Tuesday
  evening. It is expected to drop below action stage Wednesday
  evening.
