* At 5:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 31.6 feet and falling.
* Action stage is 31.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 35.0 feet.
* Forecast...No forecast is available for this location.
* Impact...At 31.0 feet, Water begins to inundate low lying areas
  along the river, including portions of Whites Creek, Richland
  Creek, and other adjacent tributaries, and marinas on Basswood Ave
  and River Rd.
