The Flood Advisory continues for
  the Elk River Near Prospect.
* Until Tuesday morning.
* At 10:15 PM CDT Monday the stage was 23.5 feet and falling.
* Action stage is 22.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 12.1 feet Saturday
  evening.
* Impact...At 24.5 feet, Water begins to approach Veto Rd near the
  Hargrove - Johnson bridge.
