* Flood Advisory for
  the Elk River Near Prospect.
* From this morning to Tuesday morning.
* At 11:15 AM CDT Monday the stage was 22.9 feet and rising.
* Action stage is 22.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.6 feet
  this afternoon.
* Impact...At 24.5 feet, Water begins to approach Veto Rd near the
  Hargrove - Johnson bridge.
