...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Tennessee...
Harpeth River Below Franklin affecting Williamson County.
Harpeth River At Bellevue affecting Williamson and Davidson
Counties.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Stay tuned to further developments by listening to your local radio,
television, or NOAA Weather Radio for further information.
A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.

the Harpeth River Below Franklin.
* Until this evening.
* At 8:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 27.0 feet and falling.
* Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 8:00 AM CDT Monday was 29.7 feet.
* Forecast...No forecast is available for this location.
* Impact...At 27.0 feet, Flooding of properties adjacent to the
river begins near Hillsboro Road and Mack Hatcher Memorial Parkway.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 26.8
feet on 02/16/2003.

* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 7:30 AM CDT Monday was 23.3 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this
morning and continue falling to 3.9 feet early Saturday morning.
* Impact...At 20.0 feet, Water begins to flood the Ensworth High
School athletic fields.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 21.0
feet on 02/27/1962.
