The Flood Advisory is replaced by a river flood warning for
  the Cumberland River At Dover.
* At 8:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 63.2 feet and rising.
* Flood stage is 66.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
  tonight to a crest of 67.2 feet early Tuesday morning. It will
  then fall below flood stage Thursday morning.
