...Forecast flooding changed to Minor severity and increased in
duration for the following rivers in Tennessee...

  Harpeth River Near Kingston Springs affecting Cheatham County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Stay tuned to further developments by listening to your local radio,
television, or NOAA Weather Radio for further information.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.

duration until late tonight...

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Harpeth River Near Kingston Springs.
* Until late tonight.
* At 9:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 26.6 feet and falling.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
  at 9:00 PM CDT Sunday was 35.4 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
  tomorrow morning and continue falling to 5.7 feet Friday evening.
* Impact...At 26.0 feet, Portions of Cedar Hill Road become
  inundated.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 26.6
  feet on 06/05/1998.
