* WHAT...Southwest winds of 20 to 30 mph are expected...with
  localized gusts to around 40 mph possible.

* WHERE...Locations around and across Cumberland Plateau Region
  of Middle Tennessee.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
  Tree limbs and shallow rooted trees could be blown down and a
  few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
