* WHAT...Southwest winds of 20 to 30 mph are expected...with
  gusts to 40 mph.

* WHERE...The entire Middle Tennessee area.

* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 4 AM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs and shallow rooted trees could be blown down and a few
  power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
