* At 237 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles east of
  Carthage, moving northeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Livingston, Carthage, Celina, Gainesboro, Whitleyville, Granville,
  Cummins Falls State Park and Standing Stone State Park.
