Weather Radios Are Off The Air...

The Beechgrove NOAA Weather Radio transmitter...broadcasting on a
frequency of 162.475 MHz...The Lawrenceburg NOAA Weather Radio
transmitter...broadcasting on a frequency of 162.425 MHz...
The Centerville NOAA Weather Radio transmitter...broadcasting on
a frequency of 162.450 MHz...and the Lafayette NOAA Weather Radio
transmitter...broadcasting on a frequency of 162.525 MHz...are all
off the air.

We are working with technicians to get these back up and running
as soon as possible. In the meantime...please tune to local media
and commercial radio for the latest severe weather information.
Backup NOAA Weather Radio transmitters are:

For Beechgrove...Winchester, AL...broadcasting on a frequency of
162.525 MHz...or channel 6 on most NOAA Weather Radios...and
Spencer...broadcasting on a frequency of 162.450 MHz...or channel
3 on most NOAA Weather Radios.

For Lawrenceburg...Clifton...broadcasting on a frequency of
162.500 MHz...or channel 5 on most NOAA Weather Radios.

For Centerville...Waverly...broadcasting on a frequency of
162.400 MHz...or channel 1 on most NOAA Weather Radios...and
Lobelville...broadcasting on a frequency of 162.525 MHz...or
channel 6 on most NOAA Weather Radios.

For Lafayette...Bowling Green, KY...broadcasting on a frequency
of 162.400 MHz...or channel 1 on most NOAA Weather Radios...and
Cookeville...broadcasting on a frequency of 162.400 MHz...or
channel 1 on most NOAA Weather Radios.

Keep in mind that not all backup transmitters will tone for your
specific county...so please stay weather aware during these radio
outages.
