The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Cheatham County in middle Tennessee...
  Northwestern Davidson County in middle Tennessee...
  Dickson County in middle Tennessee...
  Southeastern Houston County in middle Tennessee...
  Humphreys County in middle Tennessee...
  Southeastern Montgomery County in middle Tennessee...
  Robertson County in middle Tennessee...
  Northern Sumner County in middle Tennessee...

* Until 300 AM CST.

* At 1155 PM CST, while rainfall rates have decreased in the
  advisory area, Doppler radar estimates that between 2 and 4 inches
  of rain has fallen since Sunday afternoon. Flooding has already
  occurred in some areas, and runoff from earlier heavy rain will
  continue into the early morning.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Springfield, Dickson, Ashland City, Waverly, Camden, White House,
  Millersville, Greenbrier, Coopertown, White Bluff, New
  Johnsonville, Ridgetop, McEwen, Cross Plains, Burns, Portland,
  Joelton, Hurricane Mills, Pleasant View and Charlotte.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or
ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
