Heavy snow and mixed precipitation has moved out of the area, so
the warning has been cancelled. However, travel is still very
dangerous across the area and will remain into the day Tuesday as
temperatures stay below freezing.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if
  precautions are not taken.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
