  freezing fog, and a few patches of light snow. Additional ice
  accumulations of a light glaze.For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy
  mixed precipitation possible. Total snow accumulations of 3 to
  5 inches and ice accumulations of around one tenth of an inch
  possible.

* WHERE...northwestern quarter of middle Tennessee

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until noon CST today.
  For the Winter Storm Watch, from Sunday evening through late
