...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR SOUTHEASTERN CHEATHAM COUNTY IS
CANCELLED...

The tornadic thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out
of the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 500 AM CST for Middle
Tennessee.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 330 AM CST FOR
NORTHWESTERN DAVIDSON COUNTY...

At 316 AM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Belle Meade, or near Nashville, moving east at 50
mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is
         likely.

This dangerous storm will be near...
  Nashville and Joelton around 325 AM CST.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Whites
Creek, Beaman Park, Bells Bend and Berry Hill.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 40 between mile markers 197 and 210.
 Interstate 65 between mile markers 81 and 86.
 Interstate 24 between mile markers 35 and 36.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.
