...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 300 AM CST
FOR NORTHWESTERN LEWIS...WESTERN DICKSON...CENTRAL MONTGOMERY...
EASTERN HOUSTON...PERRY...EASTERN HUMPHREYS AND HICKMAN COUNTIES...

At 240 AM CST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 7 miles south of Fort Campbell to 11 miles northeast
of Linden, moving northeast at 55 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Dickson, Hohenwald, Centerville, Linden, Clarksville, McEwen, Burns,
Charlotte, Lobelville, Vanleer, Slayden, Kimmins, Palmyra, Bucksnort,
Mousetail Landing State Park, Pinewood, Pleasantville, Nunnelly and
Cunningham.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 40 between mile markers 146 and 172.
 Interstate 24 between mile markers 6 and 8.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 500 AM CST for Middle
Tennessee.
