* At 603 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Portland, or
  16 miles northeast of Springfield, moving southwest at 5 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Cross Plains, Orlinda, Mitchellville and Black Jack.

This includes Interstate 65 between mile markers 112 and 120.
