The National Weather Service in Nashville has extended the

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southern Giles County in middle Tennessee...

* Until 930 PM CDT.

* At 804 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
  shortly in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Pulaski, Ardmore, Elkton, Minor Hill, Prospect, Goodspring and
  Frankewing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
