The Flood Advisory continues for
  the Elk River Near Prospect.
* Until Saturday morning.
* At 2:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 25.2 feet and will fall below
  Flood stage within the next hour.
* Action stage is 22.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 9.6 feet Wednesday
  morning.
* Impact...At 25.0 feet, Water begins to flood Veto Rd near the
  Hargrove - Johnson bridge south of Route 273.
