cars through flooded areas.

  the Richland Creek Above Pulaski.
* From early this morning to late tonight.
* At 4:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 20.0 feet and falling.
* Action stage is 16.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 9.7 feet Monday
  evening.
* Impact...At 20.0 feet, Portions of Vales Mill Rd between Chicken
  Creek Rd and the Highway 64 bypass become inundated and may be
  subject to closure
