...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM CDT THURSDAY THROUGH
THURSDAY EVENING...
The Flood Watch continues for
* A portion of Middle Tennessee, including the following areas,
Bedford, Coffee, Giles, Grundy, Lawrence, Marshall, Van Buren,
Warren and Wayne.
* From 6 AM CDT Thursday through Thursday evening
* Rainfall totals of 2-4 inches with locally higher amounts are
expected across the watch area which could lead to flooding.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on
current forecasts. You should monitor later forecasts and be alert
for possible flood warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding
should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.
