* At 12PM Thursday the stage was 14.9 feet.
* Action stage is 16.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* The river will rise to near 15.9 feet this afternoon.
* At 16.0 feet...Flooding of low lying agricultural land along the river begins
