  Shoal Creek Near Iron City affecting Lauderdale and Lawrence Counties

. Recent heavy rainfall has caused Shoal Creek Near Iron City to enter action
stage. Shoal Creek is expected to quickly fall below action stage tonight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

The Flood Advisory continues for
  The Shoal Creek Near Iron City
* Until this afternoon.
* At 09AM Wednesday the stage was 12.2 feet...and falling.
* Action stage is 10.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 5.4 feet by tomorrow morning.
* At 14.0 feet...Flooding of low lying areas along Shoal Creek begins.
