  Shoal Creek Near Iron City affecting Lauderdale and Lawrence Counties

. Heavy rainfall overnight has led to a rise in the stage level over the past
few hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

* Action stage is 10.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* The river will rise to near 13.0 feet this evening.
* At 14.0 feet...Flooding of low lying areas along Shoal Creek begins.
