and the Advisory has been cancelled.

* At 04PM Sunday the stage was 9.8 feet.
* Action stage is 10.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* The river will rise to near 9.8 feet this evening.
* The river will continue to fall to near 8.9 feet by tomorrow morning.
* At 10.0 feet...Water inundates low lying areas and agricultural land along the
  river.
