...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SOUTHEASTERN WARREN AND
NORTHEASTERN GRUNDY COUNTIES UNTIL 645 PM CDT...

At 615 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles south of McMinnville to 10 miles
northeast of Gruetli-Laager. Movement was southeast at 25 mph.

Pea size hail and wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph will be possible with
these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Gruetli-Laager, Altamont and Beersheba Springs.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
