AND HICKMAN COUNTIES UNTIL 530 AM CDT...

At 440 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles southwest of Burns, or 7 miles south of Dickson, moving
southeast at 35 mph.

Half inch hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Columbia, Dickson, Centerville, Spring Hill, White Bluff, Kingston
Springs, Thompson's Station, Pegram, McEwen, Burns, Fairview,
Charlotte, Bon Aqua, Primm Springs, Lyles, Natchez Trace At Highway
96, Santa Fe, Pinewood, Williamsport and Leipers Fork.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
