  The Richland Creek Above Pulaski
* Until this afternoon.
* At 03AM Saturday the stage was 16.3 feet...and slowly falling.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Action stage is 16.0 feet.
* The river has crested.
* At 20.0 feet...Portions of Vales Mill Rd between Chicken Creek Rd and the
  Highway 64 bypass become inundated and may be subject to closure.
* At 16.0 feet...Flooding of low lying agricultural land along the river begins.
