. Waters on the Cumberland River at Omohundro Water Plant are receding but
remain in Action stage. The river should fall below action stage today.

* At 09AM Sunday the stage was 35.6 feet.
* Action stage is 35.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 41.0 feet.
* At 35.0 feet...Low lying areas along both sides of the river are inundated,
  including portions of Shelby Bottoms Park.
