  Harpeth River Below Franklin affecting Williamson County

. Both Harpeth River locations in Franklin have fallen below action stage,
and will continue to fall over the coming days.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

  The Harpeth River At Franklin
* At 7 PM Thursday the stage was 21.5 feet.
* Action stage is 22.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 12.3 feet by Saturday morning.
* At 23.0 feet...Water begins to inundate low lying areas along the banks,
  including the nursery at Hillsboro Road and Fulton Greer Lane.
* At 22.0 feet...Flood waters reach Highway 431 (Lewisburg Pike) in Franklin.
