  Richland Creek Above Pulaski affecting Giles County

. Richland Creek above Pulaski will remain above action stage due to the
recent heavy rainfall.  It is forecast to reach near flood stage but
crest just below this point on Friday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

The Flood Advisory continues for
  The Richland Creek Above Pulaski
* Until Saturday afternoon.
* At 03PM Wednesday the stage was 16.0 feet.
* Action stage is 16.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* The river will rise to near 19.5 feet early Friday morning.
* At 20.0 feet...Portions of Vales Mill Rd between Chicken Creek Rd and the
  Highway 64 bypass become inundated and may be subject to closure
* At 16.0 feet...Flooding of low lying agricultural land along the river begins
