* Action stage is 16.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* The river will rise to near 17.0 feet this afternoon.
* The river will continue to fall to near 14.9 feet by tomorrow morning.
* At 16.0 feet...Flooding of low lying agricultural land along the river begins
