  Pickett County in Middle Tennessee...
  Cumberland County in Middle Tennessee...
  De Kalb County in Middle Tennessee...
  Rutherford County in Middle Tennessee...
  Van Buren County in Middle Tennessee...
  Warren County in Middle Tennessee...
  White County in Middle Tennessee...
  Putnam County in Middle Tennessee...
  Cannon County in Middle Tennessee...
  Fentress County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 430 PM CST.

* At 126 PM CST, emergency management continues to report closed
  roads due to last night's heavy rainfall. Please continue to use
  caution on area roads and do not drive through water of any depth.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Murfreesboro, Cookeville, McMinnville, Crossville, Sparta,
  Smithville, Livingston, Woodbury, Jamestown, Spencer, Byrdstown,
  Smyrna, La Vergne, Fairfield Glade, Algood, Monterey, Baxter,
  Walterhill, Alexandria and Crab Orchard.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 40 between mile markers 264 and 340.
 Interstate 24 between mile markers 66 and 95.
 Interstate 840 between mile markers 43 and 64.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
