* Flood Advisory for
  The Duck River At Columbia
* At 5AM Thursday the stage was 28.6 feet.
* Action stage is 28.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 32.0 feet.
* The river will rise to near 31.5 feet by tomorrow afternoon.
* At 32.0 feet...Flood waters overflow the banks and low lying areas near
  Columbia begin to flood.
