  Southeastern Rutherford County in Middle Tennessee...
  Southern Van Buren County in Middle Tennessee...
  Southern Warren County in Middle Tennessee...
  Coffee County in Middle Tennessee...
  Eastern Bedford County in Middle Tennessee...
  Grundy County in Middle Tennessee...
  Southwestern Cannon County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 1245 AM CST.

* At 944 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  McMinnville, Manchester, Tullahoma, Gruetli-Laager, Tracy City,
  Altamont, Coalmont, Morrison, Palmer, Wartrace, Beersheba Springs,
  Normandy, Viola, Beechgrove, Raus, Summitville, Hillsboro and
  Pelham.

This includes Interstate 24 between mile markers 89 and 134.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
